Age, Consent, and Recordkeeping Compliance
LuxeAI's public statement regarding adult eligibility, performer consent, and records.

Adults-only service
LuxeAI is available only to verified adults who are at least 18. Registration is invitation-only, and identity review may include live camera captures, government identification, date of birth, and manual review. No person under 18 may access creator tools or appear in submitted content.
Consent and authorization
Models must submit only content they created or are authorized to provide. Each depicted performer must be an adult and must consent to the creation and intended uses. AI-likeness use requires a separate signed agreement and remains limited by that agreement and any recorded withdrawal.

Federal law may impose age-verification, recordkeeping, inspection, and labeling duties on producers of certain visual depictions. LuxeAI preserves relevant identity, alias, birth-date, content, and agreement records when those duties may apply. A depiction-specific public §2257 statement must identify the actual records custodian and physical records location; this general page is not a substitute for that statement.
No public explicit media on this website
The public LuxeAI marketing site does not display sexually explicit user content. Creator uploads are held in restricted workflows for authorized review and processing. Before LuxeAI publicly distributes covered depictions, it must finalize depiction-specific record mapping, the custodian identity and address, required labeling, and counsel review.

Compliance questions and reports may be sent to support@luxeai.agency. LuxeAI may request additional identification, releases, or source documentation and may reject or preserve content where compliance is uncertain.
These public policies supplement, but do not replace, signed creator and AI-training agreements.
