Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to LuxeAI's website, invite-only workspace, verification process, creator operations, and AI-training intake. It does not govern third-party creator platforms or services you access separately.

2. Information we collect

• Account and contact data, including name, professional login, contact email, role, and authentication records.
• Identity and eligibility data, including date of birth, country, government-ID images, verification selfies, portrait captures, and capture-session metadata.
• Creator profile, measurements, program selections, signed agreements, consent records, and withdrawal instructions.
• Uploaded photos, videos, session recordings, filenames, content purpose, processing results, and review decisions.
• Revenue statements, invoices, payment-submission records, and transaction references. We do not ask for online-banking passwords.
• Device, browser, IP-derived security data, audit events, cookies, and service-use information.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate users, verify age and identity, administer invitations, and secure accounts.
• Provide creator-sale operations and AI-training intake only under the applicable signed agreement.
• Review, process, organize, license, publish, or train with content as authorized by the selected program and agreement.
• Calculate compensation, issue statements and invoices, provide support, investigate abuse, and maintain audit records.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, and improve service reliability.

4. Sensitive and likeness data

Government IDs, intimate media, and likeness information are treated as sensitive. LuxeAI does not use verification ID images as ordinary creator content or AI-training material. If a future feature extracts a legally regulated biometric identifier or template, LuxeAI will provide any additional notice and obtain consent required by applicable law before that processing begins.

5. Disclosure

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to authorized LuxeAI personnel, contracted infrastructure and professional-service providers, selected publishing or creator platforms, legal authorities when required, transaction counterparties in a business transfer, and other parties at your direction. Providers are expected to process data for contracted purposes. LuxeAI does not sell personal information for money or use sensitive creator data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Retention

We retain information for active services and for reasonable periods needed for contracts, accounting, security, disputes, legal holds, fraud prevention, consent evidence, and applicable age/identity recordkeeping. Withdrawal stops future uses as stated in the applicable agreement but may not require immediate deletion of restricted compliance or archival records. Retention periods depend on the record type and legal context.

7. Security

We use role-based access, authentication, restricted storage, review controls, and audit measures designed for the sensitivity of the service. No system is perfectly secure. You should use a unique password and notify us immediately of suspected compromise.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update profile information, manage participation tracks, request withdrawal, and ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information by contacting us. We may verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies. Depending on your location, additional rights and appeal options may apply.

9. Adults only and international use

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect a minor's information. The service is operated from the United States. If you access it elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers, subject to applicable safeguards.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will identify the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Privacy requests may be sent to support@luxeai.agency.
