How to report claimed infringement and how affected users may respond.

Copyright policy
LuxeAI respects intellectual-property rights and prohibits uploads that users do not own or have authority to use. We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Takedown notice
Send notices to support@luxeai.agency with the subject “DMCA Notice.” A valid notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide your contact information, state your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, state under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and include your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice
A user whose material was removed may send a counter-notice to support@luxeai.agency. It should identify the removed material and its prior location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide the user's name, address, and telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g), accept service from the complainant, and include a signature.
Important notice
Copyright notices and counter-notices are legal communications and may be shared with the affected parties. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability. This page identifies LuxeAI's operational notice channel; statutory safe-harbor protection also requires LuxeAI to maintain a current designated-agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.
These public policies supplement, but do not replace, signed creator and AI-training agreements.
