Content and Safety Standards

Adults and consent only

Every depicted person must be at least 18 at the time of creation and must have knowingly consented to the creation and authorized uses of the content. LuxeAI may require current government identification, releases, source files, or other evidence and may reject content whenever age, identity, ownership, or consent is uncertain.

Never permitted

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, age-play presenting a person as a minor, or content whose age cannot be verified.
• Nonconsensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera content, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, blackmail, or threats.
• Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, sexual violence, severe injury, or content promoting illegal conduct.
• Stolen, pirated, impersonating, or privacy-invasive content; third-party faces or voices without documented authorization.
• Content containing sensitive personal data, visible identification, financial details, or location information that should not be published.

AI and altered media

AI-training material must be captured and submitted through the designated workflow by the verified model. A model's likeness may be used only under an active AI-training likeness agreement. Generated or altered content may not depict or imitate an unconsenting real person and must be labeled where required by law or platform policy.

Enforcement and reporting

LuxeAI may block, preserve, escalate, or report content and accounts when necessary to protect people or comply with law. Suspected exploitation, unauthorized intimate imagery, or other urgent safety concerns should be reported to support@luxeai.agency. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
